At VMed Aesthetics, we aim to provide flexibility and convenience with our gift cards. Please review our gift card refund policy below:
1. Non-Refundable:
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, the value of the gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
2. Transferability:
Gift cards are transferable and can be gifted to another individual if the original recipient is unable to use them.
3. Expiration and Usage:

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

After expiration, the gift card will retain its purchased value, but any promotional offers or discounts tied to the card will no longer apply.
4. Service Changes:
If a service originally paid for by a gift card is no longer available, the remaining balance can be used toward any other service or product offered at VMed Aesthetics.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical issues that prevent the use of services, please contact our team. We may be able to extend the validity of the gift card or explore other options on a case-by-case basis.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards:
VMed Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your card like cash, as replacements may not be provided.
