Reservations and Appointments
We recommend booking your treatment at least two days in advance to secure your preferred time. Some appointments may require a deposit, gift certificate number, or code at the time of booking.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or do not show up.
Credit Card Requirement Explained
We prioritize your time and aim to avoid delays. We reserve your slot exclusively for you and confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance via email, text, or a courtesy call. If confirmation isn't received, we may need to allow double booking, with priority given to those confirmed.
Product Return Policy
Defective products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds for gift certificates.
Check-In
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals up to 15 minutes late will be accommodated as best as possible, but we cannot extend your service time. Full service fees will be charged regardless of late arrival.
Minimum Age Requirement
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and provide a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian for treatments.
Cell Phone Policy
For a peaceful environment, we request that cell phones and electronic devices be muted during your visit.
Gratuities
Tipping is at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.
